Consistency Club

activate-health-div.png

Tired of starting over with your health and fitness?

Consistency Club is a long-term approach to strength, nutrition and consistency for women 40+ who are doing their best and still feel stuck, tired of falling off the wagon, and ready for a steadier way forward.

Build habits you can maintain through busy schedules, low-energy days, hormone shifts, and real-life stress.

"Consistency Club began as a way to continue the 12-week 1-1 program with Cindy. It has instead turned into one of the best experiences I have had in quite a while. It gives me the opportunity to consistently move with some kick butt workouts, it gives me access to like-minded people who are motivating, inspiring, and supportive and it gives me access to skills and knowledge on the regular without having to search information up myself. It gives me accountability and access to a terrific coach who is totally invested in our success and seems to know intuitively the right questions to ask to get our imperfect actions going. A year ago, I could not imagine myself being in a group like this and actively enjoying it… and now I can’t imagine my life without the Consistency Club."

Why This Works When Other Programs Don't

Consistency Club is an ongoing health and fitness membership for women 40+ built around strength, nutrition,  mindset and consistency.

Instead of handing you one rigid plan and expecting your life to cooperate with it all year, we change the focus as your needs and your life change.

Sometimes we push a little harder. Sometimes we simplify.

And sometimes the win is knowing how to keep taking care of yourself when life is busy as hell. Because your health needs to work in your actual life. Not just your best week.

Your life changes throughout the year.

Your health routine can too.

Your Consistency Club membership includes three weighted workouts each week, nutrition, mindset and accountability.

What we focus on changes throughout the year.
