What To Expect:

Full-Body, High-Impact Sessions
Each class is one hour from warm-up to cool-down — a balanced mix of strength and cardio using a variety of equipment like TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, bars, slam balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight.​
Coaching That Guides You
Coach Cindy leads every workout with clear instruction and built-in options, so you always know what to do and how to adjust for your body.


Community Vibes
Train in small groups alongside others who show up, work hard, and support each other. You’ll leave stronger physically and mentally.​

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 am
FREE open gym on Saturdays from 7:00 - 8:00 am for all active members​​
