How Does It Work?
We run 6 challenges each year, and each challenge is 4 weeks long. In between the challenges, our members receive weekly workout videos, nutrition tips with recipes, access to coaches, and more.
Each challenge has a different focus, so we cover everything from fat loss to building muscle and everything in between.

The AOT Consistency Club was created by a certified personal trainer Cindy Pole. Cindy has over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry and is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals.

Q: What is included in AOT Consistency Club?
A: As a member, you will have access to your exclusive challenges listed above, which include workouts, nutrition habits, meal plans and recipes & mindset work, community support through our private Facebook community, direct access to coaches & private Zoom workshops with a focus on personal development.
Q: What do I need for the workouts?
A. Each workout walks you through how to set up your workout and make adjustments based on your fitness level and what equipment you have available. For the most part, you need a set of dumbbells (or 2) and a box or step. They are challenging, but members are able to modify the exercises to their level and ability. Workouts are 1hr in length from warm up to cool down. Every week there is a 1- 30-min express workout. Each workout is hosted in our private Facebook community and accessible to you for an entire week to do at a time that is convenient for you. Please note that workouts are not custom to you. If this is something you are interested in, ask about our 1-1 Online Coaching Program For Women.
Q: What about nutrition?
A. During each of the 6 challenge months above for 2023, your exclusive Holistic Nutritionist will provide the recipes and meal plans. Each of her plans will include a swap & portion guide to help you make modifications that suit your preferences and intolerances and vary from challenge to challenge. Coach Cindy will focus on nutrition habits like eating slowly, eating to 80% & the quality of your food, to name a few. In-between challenges, Coach Cindy will provide weekly nutrition tips and recipes. There are no individualized meal plans or nutrition coaching provided inside our Consistency Club. A: The program runs on a yearly basis and includes 6 challenges. Each challenge will have its own unique focus, however, all of them are designed to help you level up your consistency when it comes to motivation, mindset work, nutrition and fitness.
